Kelly Holt lives in Price, UT and is the current Board President for People First of Utah. Kelly has been active in self-advocacy for over ten years. She has served as Chairperson for the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council, testified on behalf of disability issues at the Utah State Legislature and has presented nationally at many conferences about the importance of advocacy and how to be active in your community.
Kayci Lynam lives in Bluffdale, UT and is the current Vice-Chairperson for the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council. Kayci also has a seat on the Utah Transit Authority Community Accessible Transportation Committee and is a trainer for the Self-Advocates as Leaders Speakers Bureau. In her personal life, Kayci works in a bakery and enjoys playing basketball.
Eric Stoker lives in West Jordan, Utah and has been a self-advocate for 10 years. He serves on the Utah Parent Center Board of Directors as a consumer and is also consumer faculty for the Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Eric is employed by the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council as an Information Specialist.
Libby Oseguera is a Program Manager for the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council in Salt Lake City. She holds a Master in Public Administration degree and has been working with People First of Utah to grow self-advocacy in Utah and to help remove barriers for people with disabilities. She enjoys traveling with her husband and their daughter.
